Step 1: Make sure Notion is connected on your Team screen

• This step is to log in to Notion OAuth in order for Supercluster Airlock to have visibility into your team’s Notion databases.

Step 2: Give access to your databases

• You can either select the specific list of databases you want to create an Airlock for, or you could select all databases.

  

Step 3: Navigate to Create Group and Add Tool

• Choose Notion for your tool integration

• Select the database you want to create an airlock for. By connecting Notion via OAuth in the previous step, Airlock can see all the databases that you’ve given access to

  

Step 4: Follow the next steps to add the Airlock bot

• In order for Supercluster Airlock to automate your team’s user management within Notion, you need to add our bot that will allow these capabilities. There are currently two ways to handle this:

  1. You add in the [email protected] bot to every database you want to create an Airlock for, with full access.

     1. This method will ensure that Airlock can add and remove users for the specific chosen database.

     2. This method will also not incur any additional costs to your Notion plan.

        

  2. You can add the [email protected] bot to your Notion workspace as a member.

     1. This method will allow Airlock to add and remove users from every database in your Notion workspace.

     2. This method will incur an additional cost as an extra user in your Notion plan.

        

Step 5: Confirm the bot has been added
